Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role will include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and client relationship management
- Strategic Planning and Market Research abilities to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiation and Communication skills to create compelling proposals and foster partnerships with clients
- Understanding of Fintech, Information Technology, and Digital Ecosystems is highly advantageous
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, client engagement, or related roles is an advantage
