Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's travel services. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, providing tailored service recommendations, and achieving sales targets. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in relationship management and customer service, ensuring excellent interactions with clients.
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, particularly B2B travel services and destination management.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to foster clear and persuasive interactions with clients.
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning to identify new business opportunities.
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of the UAE, India, and Sri Lanka travel markets would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
