Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating deals, and coordination with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client outreach strategies.
- Prior experience in consumer brands, retail, or service-oriented businesses is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis is advantageous.
