Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for business development activities, including identifying potential clients, driving sales, and managing relationships to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies. The candidate will play a critical role in building the brand's presence, engaging potential franchise partners, and fostering customer trust.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Acquisition
- Strong Sales and Presentation abilities
- Market Research and Strategic Planning expertise
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- Experience with franchising or retail sales is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
