Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Khammam, Kakinada, Karimnagar and Rajahmundry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and effectively presenting solar energy solutions to prospective customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating deals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting RENGY’s mission of clean energy adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong ability in Market Research and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Basic understanding of Solar Energy Solutions and the renewable energy sector is preferred
- Highly organized with a result-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment on-site
