Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by meeting defined sales targets. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include market analysis, participating in sales strategy development, and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in education or training industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
