Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vasai. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order closure. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their storage requirements, proposing suitable racking solutions, and preparing quotations and sales proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate solutions, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also maintain sales records, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, capital equipment, or storage systems.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, read basic layout drawings, and translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working on-site, visiting client locations, and conducting field sales activities in and around Vasai and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a focus on ethical selling and long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the industrial or warehousing sector in India is a plus.
