Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets. The role will involve prospecting, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires active collaboration with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to engage prospects and close deals
- Experience in business development and lead generation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities for pitching to clients
- Solid understanding of the real estate market, specifically in commercial properties, is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and maintain a professional presence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
