Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 Lakhs Per Annum
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in a manufacturing company.
- Candidates should be within the age group of 30–35 years.
- Must know bike riding and possess willingness for field sales activities.
- Candidates with only B2C retail outlet sales experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial and business clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred.
- Ability to handle field sales independently.
- Good interpersonal and client management skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sales background preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Professional attitude with strong business understanding.
