Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting market research, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. Primary tasks include managing sales pipelines, actively engaging with potential clients to showcase luxury properties, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and communications. The individual will also contribute to achieving team sales targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales acumen with expertise in lead generation, deal closures, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of real estate trends, market analysis, and property consulting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
