Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for astrology and spiritual education programs through calls, walk-ins, workshops, and online inquiries. The role includes presenting course offerings, explaining program benefits, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process. The Sales Executive will manage a pipeline using CRM tools, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Daily tasks also include coordinating with academic and operations teams, preparing basic sales reports, supporting marketing initiatives such as seminars or webinars, and maintaining a professional, student-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, student counseling, and converting inquiries into enrollments, preferably in education, training, or services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain programs clearly to diverse audiences.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or lead-management tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work with targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, or business development is preferred; experience in education or wellness/spiritual domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant sales training or certifications are an added plus.
