Raheja Associates is a Chennai-based real estate agency operating for over three decades. We work with leading corporate clients across leasing, sales, and purchase of commercial property, and we are part of CIRIL, India's leading owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage network.
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our team and own the first step of our sales process: qualifying incoming leads and setting them up for our senior team to close.
What you'll do You will be the first point of contact for leads that come in. You'll speak with prospects in English and Tamil, understand what they are looking for, qualify whether they are a good fit, and organise this information cleanly for the team. There is real earning potential here for someone who is sharp on the phone and disciplined with follow ups.
What we're looking for You communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Tamil, since you'll be qualifying a steady flow of leads. You're comfortable working in Excel to track and organise information, you can put together a basic presentation when needed, and you're at ease with everyday computer work. You have your own bike, since some movement around the city is part of the role. This suits a fresher or someone with up to 3 years of experience. Prior exposure to real estate or brokerage is a strong plus, though not essential.
Compensation Fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month plus incentives. Our team members typically earn around ₹1 lakh per month including incentives once they find their rhythm.
