Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding in-store experience, and promoting Apple products with strong product knowledge and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products and accessories
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately
Stay updated on latest Apple products, offers, and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics/mobile preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
Basic understanding of technology/products (Apple ecosystem knowledge is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
