The role
As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for Identifying new opportunities, building relationships with students, institutions, and partners, and driving revenue growth. You'll work on the ground in Calicut, combining consultative selling with a genuine passion for education.
What you'll do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2C and B2B segments
Conduct product demos, counselling sessions, and follow-ups with prospective learners
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community networks in Calicut
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and enrolment targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions in the CRM
What we're looking for
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Fluent in both English and Malayalam — written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, empathetic approach
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior experience in the ed-tech industry is a strong plus
