Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, strategizing and implementing sales plans, and meeting revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize customer experience and achieve business objectives.

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales software
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
