About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive growth for Codeupskill, our flagship EdTech platform. Codeupskill empowers learners with cloud-based labs, interactive coding challenges, and AI-powered recommendations.
In this dual-role, you will own the full customer journey—from running digital campaigns to generate leads, to giving platform demos and closing deals with both B2B institutions and B2C learners.
Core Responsibilities
• Drive Demand: Execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email) to generate high-quality leads.
• Close Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting to conducting product demos and negotiating contracts.
• Optimize: Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rates) to refine messaging and improve our go-to-market strategy.
What We are Looking For
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a hybrid Sales/Marketing role, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with CRMs, paid ad platforms, and B2B/B2C pipeline management.
• Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of the IT/software development learning space.
• Drive: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
