🎯 Your Role & Responsibilities
Own the Site: Welcome walk-in clients, conduct engaging property tours, and showcase the unique value of our projects.
Close the Deal: Guide prospective buyers through the sales process, handle objections confidently, and convert site visits into bookings.
Lead Management: Follow up diligently with hot leads, manage inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor movements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
⚡ Who We Are Looking For?
Experience Level: Open to Freshers, Interns, and Experienced professionals.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to spark a conversation with anyone.
Attitude: Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented with a never-give-up mindset.
Availability: Comfortable working on weekends (which is peak time for property buyers) with a weekday off.
Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for easy commuting to the site.
