Pristi is a fast-growing spice brand based out of Guwahati, Assam, supplying high-quality whole and powdered spices to the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering businesses) across Northeast India. We work directly with farms and producers to deliver fresh, consistent, and reliable products to professional kitchens and food businesses.
Position: Sales Executive – Northeast India
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales executive who is comfortable travelling extensively across Northeast India to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships within the HORECA sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, meeting clients regularly, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and onboard HORECA customers across Northeast India
- Visit hotels, restaurants, caterers, distributors, and institutional buyers regularly
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate with internal operations and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain customer feedback and market intelligence reports
- Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the Pristi brand professionally during travel and meetings
Requirements
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
- Good communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Comfortable with regular travel across Northeast India
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Prior FMCG, food ingredient, spice, or HORECA sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Travel expenses reimbursed
- Hotel/accommodation during official travel reimbursed

Probation Period
- Initial probation period: 6 months
- Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Lead generation
- Client acquisition
- Relationship management
- Sales growth
- Successful candidates will be offered full-time permanent employment after probation
