Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Srinagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, explaining financial products, recommending suitable credit cards, loans, and insurance plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes creating and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with banking partners, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and strategy implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loans, credit cards, and insurance products
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial advisory and understanding client needs
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
