Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Srinagar, J&K. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and identifying their financial needs. The role includes explaining financial products and services such as loans, credit cards, and insurance, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with partner banks and NBFCs to ensure seamless processing. The role also requires achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clients through their financial journey.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance is preferred
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Organized and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
