Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at PrepLadder. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Accurately record and manage customer interactions
- Meet daily calling targets and sales objectives
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation in any field
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Prior experience in medical or edtech sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
