Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and understanding client business needs to recommend suitable Pollen Machines solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions in CRM software. Collaboration with internal teams to improve product offerings and resolve customer concerns is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills and experience in business development, lead generation, and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with new and existing clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and sales software
- Knowledge of the polymer, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
