Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive for our on-site office in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes planning sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction by understanding their needs. The Sales Executive must effectively coordinate with the team to deliver seamless services to clients while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in client engagement and relationship building.
- Market Research and Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies to meet targets.
- Time Management and Organization: Capability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a structured manner to meet objectives.
- Adaptable and Motivated: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is an added advantage.
- Experience in the media, creative, or SaaS sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
