Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Sonipat for a Sales Executive. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of Pointo’s battery leasing and distribution services. You will develop and execute sales strategies, create proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market data, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, sales skills, and a results-driven approach to achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition effectively
- Proficiency in creating sales presentations and proposals
- Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge or prior experience in the EV or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
