Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in West Patel Nagar, Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an entry-level inside sales and counselling role responsible for converting inbound inquiries into enrollments through WhatsApp chats, calls, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Handle inbound WhatsApp chats and calls from prospective students
- Explain course structure, certification value, and outcomes
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead tracking records
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets
- Follow company-approved communication and pricing policies
Eligibility & Requirements: -
- Delhi-based candidates only.
- Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Organizational abilities to manage sales processes, track performance, and meet targets
- Familiarity with the healthcare or physiotherapy industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
- Freshers or early-career professionals.
