Key Responsibilities
● Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
● Actively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Set up meetings with leads and listen to their requirements and concerns
● Negotiate and close deals, while resolving any client objections effectively
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
● Gather feedback from clients and prospects to share with internal stakeholders
● Manage phone calls, meeting coordination (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups), and routine communication with leads and clients
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role
● Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
● Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
● Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and negotiation tactics
● Fast learner with a passion for sales and client engagement
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
