Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Jodhpur. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, building and managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting Paytm’s products and solutions. Teamwork, goal achievement, and ensuring excellent customer service will be a focus as part of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in local language(s) for the region
- Basic knowledge of digital and mobile payment platforms is advantageous
- Prior sales or business development experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
