Are you a driven B2B sales professional who understands the power of seamless financial operations? PayTap (DriveTap Innovation India Pvt Ltd) is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru!
About PayTap: We are a financial technology company focused on helping organizations control how money moves across their operations. By providing platforms that streamline payment flows and improve financial visibility, we enable businesses to manage cash flow effectively and reduce manual work. Our team builds secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that directly impact our customers' business performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive B2B Growth: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
- Showcase Value: Conduct engaging product demos and present tailored financial solutions to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Take ownership of your sales pipeline and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM tools (like Zoho CRM).
- Close & Onboard: Negotiate contracts, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a flawless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Market Voice: Act as an ambassador for PayTap—gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and representing us at client meetings and industry events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
- A solid understanding of fintech, payments, or financial operations, with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
- Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and sales productivity tools to stay organized.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive, resilient mindset ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive startup environment.
