Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, distributors, and OEMs, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product ranges, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and following up to close sales. The role involves achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in field sales or business development, preferably in hardware, building materials, or a related industry.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, including client outreach, follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical product features and benefits clearly.
- Good organizational and time management skills, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and reporting.
- Comfort with basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B or channel sales and familiarity with dealer and distributor networks is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and work independently to meet sales targets.
