Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, drive sales, meet revenue targets, and identify market opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, preparing reports, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns and oversee the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in sales and negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and market research skills for identifying growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience in client issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in software tools used for sales tracking and reporting is a plus.
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the footwear, retail, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
