Role Description
SPEC OPS products are sold primarily through two channels - Army unit operated Points of Sales (POS) and Company owned Brand Stores.
The executive will be responsible for increasing sales, improving stock turnover, market research to understand demand and ensuring product availability at all POS.
Qualifications
a. Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
b. Ability to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capture market share
c. Knowledge of tactical gear and military operational needs preferred but not mandatory
d. Proficiency in MS Office tools
e. Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to meet sales targets
f. A full time Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

a. Extrovert - should be able to talk and engage with people easily.
b. Disciplined - since the executive will be dealing with military personnel a high standard of discipline is must.
c. Keenness to take ownership.
d. Can do attitude.
Remuneration
a. Fixed - Rs. 2.5 LPA
b. Performance Based - Up to 1 LPA
