Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Kerala, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products. The role also involves conducting market research, presenting solutions to customers, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Familiarity with electrical products and solutions is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry is a plus
