Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, Tollygunge. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the automobile industry, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, negotiating deals, and providing after-sales support. The role will also involve market research, customer needs analysis, and actively contributing to the company’s overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively
- Familiarity with the automobile industry or experience in Auto Trading/Pre-Owned vehicle sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 yr experience
