Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new Client, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to Site Visit. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, delivering daily presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to ensure timely conversions. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, property updats, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and follow structured sales processes for effective deal closure.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida, with readiness for client visits, field work, and local travel as needed.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Calling or sales tracking tools.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Knowledge of the local Noida/Delhi-NCR market and fluency in English and Hindi will be an advantage.
