Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets by identifying and cultivating client relationships, presenting product offerings, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include market research, creating customized strategies to meet customer needs, and adhering to customer service excellence. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement is a critical aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including building client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of market research, customer insights, and sales strategies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and willingness to travel as needed
