Job Summary:
Join our CA firm as a Business Development Manager to fuel growth by generating leads for outsourcing services, executing AI-qualified outbound calls, scouting clients needing accounting/compliance support, and expertly pitching ESOP scheme drafting with its tax-efficient benefits. You'll leverage your sales acumen and compliance knowledge to secure high-value mandates in a competitive CA services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for CA outsourcing via industry networks, CA portals, referrals, and targeted campaigns focusing on audit, bookkeeping, GST returns, litigation TDS compliance, and ROC filings.
- Utilize leads pre-selected by our AI agent to make outbound calls (50+ daily), qualify prospects, and book consultations with decision-makers in finance/procurement.
- Scout prospective clients (startups, SMEs in IT/manufacturing) seeking to outsource accounting and compliance, using tools like MCA portal insights and market scans.
- Convincingly pitch ESOP scheme drafting services, articulating benefits like employee retention, wealth creation of employees, motivation for employees .
- End to end scheme drafting, compliance , training ,cap table tax treatments, seamless SEBI/Companies Act compliance to drive adoption.
- Meeting with clients , understand their perspective and enable them the benefit with DSRV and how we can provide value addition in their business .
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate in marketing, finance /PGDBM
- Fresher /1-2 years in business development for consultancy firms, with hands-on experience in lead gen, AI selected calling, and closing compliance deals.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in marketing, finance /PGDBM
- Ability to demystify ESOP benefits—e.g. employee retention, wealth creation for employee, reduce the cash outgo for employer ,
- Tech-savvy with LinkedIn, AI lead tools, and MS Excel for pipeline track.
- Fluent in English/Hindi; strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven metrics: 15-20% call-to-meeting conversion; resilience in B2B sales cycles.
