The Vibe at Onyx Studios:
We’re a creative studio that’s all about high-level branding and design. We get a lot of interest, but we need someone who can jump on those leads, have real conversations with people, and turn that interest into a solid partnership.
The Role:
This isn't about cold calling thousands of people. It’s about taking the leads we give you, calling them up, and actually listening to what they need. You’ll be the person who figures out how Onyx can help them, gets them excited about the solution, and handles the "business" side of things—contracts, onboarding, and making sure that first invoice is paid.
The "Clean Handoff":
Once the paperwork is signed and the advance payment is in the bank, you’re done with the "heavy lifting" of project management. You’ll brief our production team on what the client wants, and then they take it from there. Your job is to keep that relationship warm for the long term so they keep coming back to us.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Converting Leads: Getting on the phone with potential clients and closing the deal.
The Paperwork: Getting our contracts signed and making sure onboarding docs are sorted.
The Money: Raising invoices and ensuring that advance payment is received before we start work.
The Handoff: Giving the project team everything they need to succeed so you can move on to the next lead.
What we’re looking for:
You’ve done this before (2+ years in agency sales or something similar).
You know how to talk to business owners without sounding like a script.
You’re organized enough to handle invoices and contracts without things falling through the cracks.
You’re okay with a hybrid setup—remote for the focus work, onsite at the studio for the team energy.
