Field Sales Executive – Solplanet Division

Role Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (Solplanet Division) to drive inverter sales, EPC partnerships, and KUSUM/utility project leads in the assigned territory.
This is a high-impact, field-driven role where you will directly contribute to revenue growth by building strong relationships with EPCs, dealers, and solar installers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for Solplanet inverters and solar solutions
- Develop relationships with:
- EPC companies
- Solar installers
- Dealers & distributors
- Promote Solplanet products through:
- Site visits
- Product demos
- Technical discussions (basic level)
- Identify opportunities in:
- PM-KUSUM projects
- Commercial & industrial solar installations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct local market research and competitor tracking
- Maintain CRM records and report daily activities
- Ensure strong post-sales coordination and customer satisfaction
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Field sales mindset with hunger for closures
- Relationship-building and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and performance-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of solar or electrical products (preferred)
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Good presentation skills
- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (solar/electrical preferred)
- Freshers with strong intent and communication skills can apply
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
