Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Agra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting solar solutions to prospective customers, and achieving sales targets. The role requires identifying market trends, developing strategic sales plans, and providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Executive will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to process improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in related industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales software
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Previous experience in solar energy industry is advantageous
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
