Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Rudrapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the internal team to meet sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries tactfully
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales reporting
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
