We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, Tool Room Solutions, and Precision Engineering Services. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new customers, generating enquiries, preparing quotations in coordination with the technical team, following up with prospects, and converting leads into long-term business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel to customer locations.
Responsibilities
Generate new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote our Laser Welding and Laser Cutting services.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
Build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily sales and visit reports.
Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience (Industrial/Manufacturing preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel for customer visits.
Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
