Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Representative who will primarily handle outbound and inbound calls to generate appointments, while also assisting with front desk and reception duties during clinic hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, understands wellness services, and can confidently convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment Generation (Primary Role)
- Call leads from database, WhatsApp, and inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments
- Handle incoming calls and explain Nuvana’s treatments confidently
- Follow up with:
- Old leads
- Missed consultations
- Interested but non-converted clients
- Maintain daily call logs and conversion tracking
- Ensure appointment slots are efficiently filled
2. Client Communication
- Understand client concerns and guide them toward suitable consultations
- Build trust and communicate the value of Nuvana’s treatments
- Handle WhatsApp and SMS communication professionally
- Share basic treatment information (without overpromising)
3. Reception Support (Secondary Role)
- Assist at the front desk during peak hours or staff absence
- Greet and attend walk-in clients
- Coordinate appointments with doctors/therapists
- Maintain a smooth client flow at the clinic
- Support billing coordination if required
4. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with marketing team for lead follow-ups
- Coordinate with therapists and doctors for scheduling
- Ensure a premium client experience from first interaction
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales, telecalling, or clinic/hospital front desk
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
- Basic understanding of health, wellness, or beauty industry preferred
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, and calling tools
Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Open all 7 days (weekly off rotational)
