Role: Sales Representative
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Sales Representative who can guide potential clients through their PCOS healing journey and help them enroll in our structured programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation and discovery calls with potential clients.
- Understand the client’s health challenges, emotional triggers, and goals.
- Explain the Nutritionist Misha PCOS Reversal Program clearly and confidently.
- Handle objections with empathy and clarity.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update sales trackers and CRM with call details and payment status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding new clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Prior experience in sales, wellness, coaching, or consultation-based selling preferred.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with video calls, CRM tools, and online communication.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Performance Incentive (Commission):
- After ₹3,00,000 monthly collections, you earn 10% commission on the amount above ₹3,00,000.
Example:
If you collect ₹4,00,000 in a month:
- First ₹3,00,000 → No commission
- Remaining ₹1,00,000 → 10% commission = ₹10,000
Total Earnings = ₹40,000
(₹30,000 base salary + ₹10,000 commission)
Important Notes:
- Commission is calculated on cash collected, not just deals closed.
- No upper cap on earnings – higher performance directly increases your income.
- Additional weekly performance bonuses will also be provided.
