Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and achieving individual and team sales targets. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, create proposals, present tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and participate in sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including a strong ability to identify and pursue leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and convey value propositions
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies in industries such as digital marketing, real estate, consulting, or IT solutions
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SMO, and lead generation techniques is an added advantage
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored business solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for tracking leads and managing workflows
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
