About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in Medical devices and Medical equipment, particularly in Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR) and Interventional Radiologist segments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience providing OT / Cath Lab case support, strong clinical and technical knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Interventional Radiologist, and hospital teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development – Identify new hospitals, doctors, and business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the Neuro IR and IR and Vascular segments.
Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with Neuro Interventional Radiologist, Neurosurgeons, Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon, and hospital procurement teams.
OT / Cath Lab Case Support – Provide technical and clinical support during surgical and Interventional procedures using company products.
Product Demonstrations & Training – Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to doctors, nurses, and technicians.
Market Research & Business Strategy – Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Sales Target Achievement – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Case Coordination – Coordinate with doctors, Cath lab technician, and hospital departments for smooth execution of procedures.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ 0-2 years of experience
✅ experience in OT / Cath Lab case support
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to travel for cases, meetings, and product demonstrations
