Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing customer inquiries, preparing presentations, and maintaining a database of client interactions. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the travel and tourism sector.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets
- Customer relationship management and client retention capabilities
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of travel industry operations and trends
- Experience with CRM software and digital tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated with teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Prior sales experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
