Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team at NoBrokerHood, working on-site at our office located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting solutions customized to client needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth and uphold NoBrokerHood’s position as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client acquisition and pipeline management
- Proficiency in lead generation, market research, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Background in real estate or tech-enabled solutions is advantageous
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
