About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Sales Manager who will drive business growth by onboarding new apartment societies onto the NoBrokerHood platform. This is a field sales role where you will meet clients in person, demonstrate the product, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with potential customers (apartment societies, committees, etc.)
- Meet prospective clients and give product demonstrations
- Explain product features, benefits, and value clearly
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, online sources, and fieldwork
- Build relationships with society committee members to understand their needs
- Drive onboarding of new apartments onto the platform (key performance metric)
- Consistently achieve sales targets
What We’re Looking For- 1–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably B2B/B2C)
- Strong interest in Business Development, especially for software or app-based products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable speaking Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekday off provided)
