Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Executive who can convert inbound leads into paying clients. This is a consultative sales role, not hard-selling. You will speak to prospects who have already shown interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via ads and partnerships
• Understand client goals, health concerns, and budget before pitching
• Clearly explain Niwi plans (Standard, Select, Luxe) and guide the right fit
• Handle objections confidently and close conversions
• Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM / Google Sheets
• Follow WhatsApp and call SOPs strictly
• Work closely with the marketing and dietitian teams for feedback
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or consultation sales
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to listen, probe, and recommend — not push blindly
• Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
• Disciplined with processes, notes, and data
• Experience in health, wellness, education, or service sales is a plus
