Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Rudrapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include presenting and promoting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires regular follow-ups with clients, providing product knowledge, and addressing client needs effectively to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in communication, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, business development, and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of interior design, kitchen solutions, and home improvement products is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the home interiors or related industries is a plus.
